Restaurant - Bar
The cuisine of the Valais region is represented by an
assortment of smoked meat, the different cheese-breads,
raclette, cheese-fondue and a local speciality:
tomato-cheese-fondue.
Also available are: trout (not from the Blue Lake), steak,
chicken filet, Flemish stew and even Belgian mussels with
French Fries, all the traditional dishes of Belgium.
Of course, there are plenty of excellent Belgian beers
and also young but well chosen Swiss wines. And don’t forget ….
the typical digestifs of the region.
